Reservation
When choosing your duration of stay, please click the relevant dates and one room will be booked from the available allotment, which is shown in the green field.
Rooms
All rooms are double rooms for single use. If you wish to book a double room for two persons, please click the checkbox and enter the full name of the second person. If you want to book a twin bed room (with two sperate standing beds), please click the checkbox for twin room. For double or twin bed room 10 € per day will be charged extra for the breakfast of the 2nd person.
Payment
The credit card details will be used as guarantee for each reservation and will only be charged in case of cancellation from 01.12.2017 or no show.
Guests must present a valid credit card upon arrival, which will be deducted with room costs and any open balance at the hotel.
Payment will be made with check out of each individual guest directly to the hotel.
Cancellation
Cancellation of rooms is free of charge until 30.11.2017. From 01.12.2017 a cancellation fee of 90% will be charged to the stated credit card.
Groups
If you wish to book more than 9 rooms, please use the document Group Request and mail it to: stock@inbound-services.com.
Group bookings will be handled only on invoice for all participants fromthe appointed agent INBOUND Services GmbH to the ordering company. Payment has to be made to INBOUND Services GmbH on invoice 6 weeks before arrival. Direct payment by each participant at the hotel is not possible for group bookings. In addition, a service fee of 15% on the turnover of the booked rooms will apply and be charged together with the booking.
